Terms of Service

Effective date: September 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FullTrailerLoad platform and all associated services ("Platform"). By registering for an account or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the company you represent. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1. Who We Are

FullTrailerLoad is a freight exchange platform connecting verified shippers, moving companies, freight brokers, and commercial carriers in the United States. The Platform operates two service tiers: a Tier 1 Bulletin Board for informal community load and capacity listings, and a Tier 2 Marketplace for structured bidding, counteroffers, booking confirmations, and job-linked in-platform messaging.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the Platform you must be at least 18 years of age, represent a legitimate business entity, and have legal authority to enter into binding commercial agreements on that entity's behalf. You must complete our registration process and submit any verification documentation we request. We may approve, deny, or revoke verification status at our sole discretion, including downgrading access from Tier 2 Marketplace to Tier 1 Bulletin Board if compliance requirements are no longer met. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must keep your login credentials confidential.

3. Verification Tiers and Access Levels

Basic verification grants access to the Tier 1 Bulletin Board, where users may post and browse informal load and capacity listings. Advanced verification unlocks the Tier 2 Marketplace, which includes structured bidding, counteroffers, binding booking confirmations, carrier capacity postings, the broker pipeline dashboard, and job-linked in-platform messaging. Advanced verification requires submission of compliance documentation including, for Carriers, a valid USDOT number, MC authority, and proof of insurance ($1M auto liability minimum); and for Shippers and Brokers, a business license and state of incorporation. FullTrailerLoad reserves the right to re-verify accounts periodically.

4. Bulletin Board — Tier 1

Bulletin Board posts are informal community listings only. They do not constitute binding commercial agreements. Users must not include full pickup or delivery addresses, detailed inventory information, or pricing fields in Bulletin Board posts. Contact details may be disclosed between parties at the Platform's discretion. FullTrailerLoad is not responsible for the accuracy of Bulletin Board listings or for transactions that occur as a result of contact made through the Board.

5. Marketplace — Tier 2 Transactions

When a bid is accepted in the Marketplace, a binding rate confirmation is generated between the shipper or broker and the carrier, identified by a unique Master Job ID. This agreement is between those two parties — FullTrailerLoad facilitates the transaction but is not a party to it. Once a bid is accepted, the agreed rate is locked and neither party may unilaterally alter the terms. All pre- and post-booking communication must be conducted through the Platform's job-linked messaging system. Circumventing the Platform to conduct off-platform transactions with counterparties originally introduced through FullTrailerLoad is a material breach of these Terms.

6. Anti-Disintermediation

A core principle of FullTrailerLoad is that deals stay on-platform. You agree not to share personal contact details with counterparties before the Platform authorises disclosure, not to solicit or accept freight business from counterparties discovered through FullTrailerLoad outside of the Platform, and not to direct counterparties to use competing platforms or off-platform channels for transactions that originated on FullTrailerLoad. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

7. Reviews and Ratings

Post-job reviews may only be submitted by verified participants in a completed transaction and are tied to a specific Master Job ID. FullTrailerLoad validates server-side that a review is linked to a real completed job. Reviews must be honest and based on direct experience. Fabricated, retaliatory, or incentivised reviews are prohibited. FullTrailerLoad reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these standards.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: post false, misleading, or fraudulent load or capacity listings; impersonate another company or user; use the Platform to transmit spam or unsolicited commercial messages; attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you; reverse engineer or scrape any part of the Platform; or use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable federal, state, or local law, including but not limited to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations.

9. Fees and Subscription

Tier 1 Bulletin Board access is free. Tier 2 Marketplace access is subject to a subscription fee, the current rates for which are displayed on the Pricing page. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law. FullTrailerLoad may suspend Marketplace access if subscription payments are not made in a timely manner.

10. Intellectual Property

The FullTrailerLoad platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and all original content, is the exclusive property of FullTrailerLoad and its licensors. Users retain ownership of content they submit (load listings, messages, reviews, documents) but grant FullTrailerLoad a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Platform.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FullTrailerLoad does not guarantee the accuracy of carrier insurance or authority data, the reliability of any user, or the successful completion of any freight transaction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FullTrailerLoad's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees you paid to FullTrailerLoad in the 12 months preceding the claim. FullTrailerLoad shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Termination

FullTrailerLoad may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at its discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including anti-disintermediation obligations, intellectual property rights, and limitation of liability — shall survive.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FullTrailerLoad is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email and a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
